An Alternate Solution
As Ender Eyes do not work here, End Portal Frames can be found in Nether Fortresses.

Placing an End Portal Frame will point you towards the nearest Stronghold.
Missing a few things?
Your work isn't done after locating the Stronghold. You'll need a total of 12 End Portal Frames to open the Portal.
Ride the End
After taking out all the End Crystals, you can left click the Dragon to ride it home!
Complex Crafts
Complicated crafts can also be made by throwing a Crafting Table down on top of your craft. Its recommended to have a Crafting Table in the middle of the 3x3 grid, to anchor the craft.

If a block lands on your head, it will be equipped. Some blocks have special interactions!
