What does the mod has to offer ?

Hephaestus is a mod that brings differential hardening, sharpening and a few weapons with unique abilities to the game.

Features

• New weapons : add some new weapons to the game, with thier own materials.
• Differential hardening : increase your tools durability.
• Sharpening : increase your weapons damages.
• Sieving : use a sieve to get new resources from sand
• proficiency : level up your proficiency to get better tools over time.

features such as sharpening and differential hardening work with most mods adding new tools to the game

How To Craft Blades ? sneak clicking on a anvil with a hammer in mainhand and the correct material in offhand exemple : with a iron ingot in offhand you can craft a iron blade (some blade require a high enough profiency to get)

How to harden your tools ? right click in fire while holding them in the hand, then do the same in a water source/water cauldron. the durability increase scale with your proficiency.

How to sharpen your swords ? sneak click on a grindstone with it in the hand

How to increase your proficiency ? simply use the mod features.
