Voiceless Survival forge-1.20.1-0.8.2

The configuration system has been redesigned for better clarity and organization. The configuration file paths have been changed to config/ezvcsurvival/, and the files are now named voices.toml and sounds.toml.
Weapons with suppressors will no longer be heard by mobs.
The audibility range of gunshots now depends on the type of weapon. Some weapons will be heard from farther distances than others.
Added the ability to set speed and range multipliers for mobs in groups, allowing for more customization in how mobs react to sounds.
