Finished Soft and Wet, it is obtainable in the stand pool in survival mode now
Soft and Wet now has bubble barrage ability, check the ingame skill details with Y (that is now done as well!)
Soft and Wet now has stand user AI, and enemy mobs can spawn with it
Soft and Wet now has arrow rejection AI, making mobs float upwards in a bubble
Soft and Wet now has leveling and its secret skin from eating a new locacaca near a cat
Added ingame config, (Thank you Zeta!) it is a a work in progress and currently only applies to the common config but in the near future it will be prettied up. Appears in the main menu as a stand arrow icon. If you have a mod that edits the main menu we can't guarantee it will appear but for most users it should.
Config now lists minimum and maximum values, and has line comments
Added new SP and TW skins
Encasement bubble now lets you walk over powder snow
Water shield now clears stand fire and gasoline
Fixed unreported forge only bug where opening the plunder wheel stopped you from doing inputs like walking and jumping, hurting the intended gameplay experience of the stand
Fixed damaging horses with forward barrage
Fixed bubbles redirecting towards themselves
