Fixed Witch Pole Loot Table.

Fixed Soul Shield Amulet's Wither Armor not appearing on Slim Player model.

Fire Spawn Cage functionality can be disabled through goety.toml config.

Soul Menderer can now be mined with Iron-level pickaxes.

Soul Menderer's blast resistance is now the same as a Block of Dark Metal.

Undead servants no longer heal through soul energy if their lifespan runs out and their owner doesn't wear a necro/nameless crown.

Snap, Blast and Berserk Fungi can be used by Dispensers.
Additions:
- Vizier and Minister Christmas textures. On December, the two mobs will be in a Christmas themed texture. Can be disabled through goety.toml config.
