Made Lichdom Healing highly configurable. The rate of healing, how much health is healed and whether Liches can even heal from Soul Energy are now configurable in goety.toml.

Fixed Illager hunting bug (that was fixed in 1.19 version) where the illagerAssaultSpawnChance wasn't used properly.

Items can now be removed from Dark Altars without needing to Crouch or Shift-Right clicking on the block. A Simple right click will remove any item that's placed on the Altar.
