Changelog
- Chi now reset when leveling up
- Made the links in water arc less sensitive to distance, making it so they teleport less and look better
- Creative players no longer use up chi
- Reworked entity system: { waterJet, waterCube, waterBullet, waterBlade, waterArm(unused), waterArc}
- Reworked entities no longer burn when they come in contact with fire
- Chi now resets upon death
- Water abilities now all check whether you have the chi to cast them before removing the water
