Changelog

Added a rare chance depending on difficulty for a Combat Man to have strong equipment
Added special names that is given to Combat Men that spawn with Power Level of 90 or above
Combat Man will now target attacking mobs when not targeting any other mob
Combat Man spawning condition has been reworked to spawn in places where the sky is visible
Fixed bug where Combat Man can place water in the nether
Fixed bug where Combat Man prioritizes attacking rather than defending
Fixed bug where Combat Man overshoots ender pearl shot and miss target
Fixed Combat Man Pillar reach jumping logic
